It wouldn't be introduced now if we had this item, but if we were to get it, it'd be far in the future I would think. The item that I'm talking about is a Max Cape, or a Completionist cape. This cape would be received when receiving all levels 200+. This would only require level 200, and not rather the maximum Xp, which would be 1,000,000,000 Xp. I know that many players wouldn't have this but for those who did, I'd bow down to them and worship them. On a similar matter I guess, of custom items. Will the custom items ranging from Torva to Spirit shields, and Staff of Light be released player-wise? and If they will, then when. I honestly do hate to be a douche-wanker and always ask you guys about the same questions, but when will High-scores be up? I'm hopefully going to have my skills much closer to 200. I'm anticipating that I'll have 200 Rune-crafting within 3 days latest. See you all in-game!

Exactly!

although i do think instead of making it only level 200 to wear it, it would require the full 1b xp for each and every skill to wear it.. makes it more exclusive

Dragon claws, Spirit shields, staff of light, death cape, staff capes, chainsaw, katanas, supreme claws.. All have something in similar, they can't be released player wise till we get them working on web client.

Torva.. There is a problem tacos has yet to work out. If he can fix it do torva doesn't make your character invisible with certain objects.. I fear it won't be released.

Max skill item, a decimate not so futuristic item, a comma that lets you spawn one at 200 everything? Easy just strenuous. What the item will be depends on tacos ability to find the item we want.

I'm not sure if they would require max xp for it. Getting 200 itself is a challenge enough, more then 95% of players wouldn't have this cape even if it was all levels 200. This does of course exclude staff, etc. Max xp is already a challenge for even the most of superior players that solemnly concentrate on skilling.

But even for me, max xp in every skill would take around 6 months I'd estimate.

No, max xp would not be a variable, just 200 everything.
Maybe even an item for 99 everything.

99 is a bit easy though..

I've already got all skills 99+ at the least, apart from smithing which is sadly, yet only 61.
