Has anyone excluding me found out that dragon plate and tri-god spear stat boost?

I noticed the dragon plate gives like + 200 def and like +50 ish bonus for attack. The tri-god spear also gives around +200 for att and def. Is this a glitch and does it need to be fixed or are the stats correct and the way they should be?

The Dragonplatebody was reduced for the april 9th update.
The Tri-god warspear is max cash, it won't have many stats below 100.
